Service Description
Ashiatsu is an ancient barefoot massage that uses the broad, nurturing surface of the foot to deliver deep, flowing pressure. Guided by overhead bars, the practitioner moves with intention and grace, inviting the body to release tension, elongate the spine, and soften into a state of deep restoration. This is more than deep tissue—it’s a grounding ritual that quiets the nervous system, opens the fascia, and returns you to your natural rhythm. Each stroke is a meditation, a gentle invitation for your body to remember its strength, spaciousness, and stillness.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. This allows time for The Healing Room to fill the spot you reserved. For anything under 24 hours, we will try our best to fill the space with a client on our wait list. Unfortunately, if we are not able fill your appointment spot, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment booked. No Show Policy: Please don't no-show... It's really not cool. No show's result in a direct loss of income and a financial hit to a small business. We will charge the full price of the service you were scheduled to receive. Thank you for understanding. Our facility does not currently have a receptionist, so please call the spa landline (858)483-4773 and leave your name, contact info, and reason for calling. If you happen to have my cell phone, you may text me. This will act as a timestamp and you will not be charged a fee if it's within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
