Come visit:

We (meaning me) want you to understand how The Healing Room operates so we can take care of all your health needs in the most professional way possible and sharing this type of info with you is what helps me keep you, my clients, happy and informed.  Because it is a solo operation here, I do my best to accommodate and have as many slots open as possible for the different services. In order to do this, sometimes I may need to set you up for your session and then go into a massage session. If this should occur on your visit, I won't be able to say goodbye to you and you'll need to exit through the 'secret' door. I will always follow up with you by text, call, or email to ensure you had a wonderful experience. 

Late Policy:

We totally understand traffic can be brutal and The Healing Room will do our best to fit in your entire appointment if it doesn't cause us to run late for the next client. However, if we must shorten the appointment, you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. I want you to relax and not feel stressed or rushed. Please make yourself a cup of tea!

Cancellation Policy:


We ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. This allows time for The Healing Room to fill the spot you reserved.

For anything under 24 hours, we will try our best to fill the space with a client on our wait list. Unfortunately, if we are not able fill your appointment spot, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment booked.

No Show Policy:


Please don't no-show... It's really not cool. No show's result in a direct loss of income and a financial hit to a small business. We will charge the full price of the service you were scheduled to receive.

Our facility does not currently have a receptionist, so please call the spa landline (858)483-4773 and leave your name, contact info, and reason for calling.  If you happen to have my cell phone, you may text meThis will act as a timestamp and you will not be charged a fee if it's within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. 

Gift Card Policy:


Gift Cards can be purchased at any set value at the spa, online or over the phone. Not in town? You can print or email your gift directly to the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any returns for purchased gift cards, or if its lost, misplaced, or stolen.
