Service Description
A personalized wellness experience designed to help you build healthier breathing habits, reduce the effects of stress on the body, and improve nervous system regulation. Through a combination of breath training, therapeutic bodywork, halotherapy, and personalized education, you'll learn practical tools to support greater ease, resilience, and overall well-being. This six-week journey helps uncover patterns of tension, stress, and inefficient breathing that may be affecting how you feel each day. Through guided sessions and individualized support, you'll develop a deeper awareness of the connection between your breath, body, and nervous system while learning simple techniques that can be integrated into daily life. Includes: Breath assessment Personalized breath training Therapeutic bodywork Halotherapy sessions Nervous system regulation techniques Body awareness and stress-pattern education Take-home breathing and wellness practices The goal is to create lasting changes that help you feel calmer, breathe easier, move more freely, and better navigate the demands of everyday life.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. This allows time for The Healing Room to fill the spot you reserved. For anything under 24 hours, we will try our best to fill the space with a client on our wait list. Unfortunately, if we are not able fill your appointment spot, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment booked. No Show Policy: Please don't no-show... It's really not cool. No show's result in a direct loss of income and a financial hit to a small business. We will charge the full price of the service you were scheduled to receive. Thank you for understanding. Our facility does not currently have a receptionist, so please call the spa landline (858)483-4773 and leave your name, contact info, and reason for calling. If you happen to have my cell phone, you may text me. This will act as a timestamp and you will not be charged a fee if it's within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. ​
